These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in them) (Terms) explain how you may use our website www.mindtools.com (our site), its functionality and content provided to you, whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.

Our site is operated by Mind Tools Ltd  (trading as mindtools) (we, us or our). We are registered in Scotland under company number SC202102 and have our registered office at Mind Tools Ltd, 21 Young Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4HU.

No changes to these Terms are valid or have effect unless agreed by us in writing or made in accordance with this section 3. We may vary these Terms at any time. Our updated Terms will be displayed on our site and by continuing to use and access our site following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by us.   It is your responsibility to check these Terms from time to time to verify whether any variations have been made.

Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
