Mindtools achieves top recognition with South Western Railway and Learning Designer of the Year, Claire Gibson.
Mindtools, a global provider of management and leadership development solutions, is thrilled to announce its recent success at the Learning Technologies Awards, where it secured two prestigious Gold awards.
This year’s Gold award for “Best Use of Blended Learning – Commercial Sector” celebrates Mindtools’ collaboration with South Western Railway (SWR). Seeking to equip its leaders with the skills to navigate change, foster collaboration, and support teams, SWR partnered with Mindtools. Together, they designed and implemented a leadership program that resulted in a 12% improvement in leadership capability.
In addition, Claire Gibson, a talented Learning Designer at Mindtools, was honored with the Gold award for “Learning Designer of the Year.”
