A fusion of three organizations – all committed to excellence
Since launching as a groundbreaking blog in 1996, Mindtools has evolved into a global provider of management and leadership development. Our journey has always been rooted in innovation, evidence-based insight, and a deep belief in putting people first.
Today, Mindtools brings together the strengths of four respected organizations – Mindtools, Towards Maturity, GoodPractice, and, most recently, Kineo. Together, we draw on the content mastery of Mindtools, the research and thought leadership of Towards Maturity, the skills development know-how of GoodPractice, and – with our acquisition of Kineo in May 2025 – we have further strengthened our ability to deliver complete workplace learning solutions comprising content, consultancy, courses, technology, managed services, insights, analytics and thought leadership for customers across sectors and around the world.
